Rollover Crash Grass Valley Highway SR-49 in North Auburn, California

2-Vehicle Collision on State Route 49, Cramer Road

NORTH AUBURN, Calif. (April 2, 2025) — A rollover crash happened Wednesday morning on Grass Valley Highway 49, just north of Cramer Road in North Auburn, California.

The two-vehicle collision occurred around 9:15 a.m. on April 2nd, roughly four miles south of Higgins Corner, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported a black Acura overturned into an embankment next to the highway and a green Honda crashed into a pole.

It’s unknown what led up to the collision at this time, but paramedics responded to help those who were hurt and investigators are working on the case.

Tow trucks removed the damage vehicles and PG&E was at the scene to repair or replace the damaged power pole.
