3-Vehicle Collision in Castro Valley
CASTRO VALLEY, Calif. (Nov. 11, 2024) — A car overturned in a multi-vehicle crash Monday on the westbound Interstate 580 Freeway, just east of Castro Valley Boulevard.
The traffic accident occurred around 11:08 a.m. on Nov. 11th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials responded and found three vehicles including a white van that overturned near the center divider. The other two vehicles were on the right shoulder.
Paramedics transported at least one person with minor injuries to a hospital.
Tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles and investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on the 580 Freeway in Castro Valley.
