Rosa Martinez, 18, Killed in Perris Pedestrian Crash on Nandina Avenue
PERRIS, CA (November 13, 2022) – Rosa Martinez was killed after a pedestrian crash on Nandina Avenue in Perris.
The coroner’s office identified the 18-year-old Moreno Valley woman as the victim of the fatal collision which took place on Saturday.
The incident happened when a gray or silver Honda sedan struck Rosa Martinez in the city of Perris. The car hit her for an unknown reason in the 21100 block of the Nandina Avenue.
Speeding Driver Hits Woman
The California Highway Patrol said the sedan was traveling at a high rate of speed prior to the accident. The speeding driver was going at about 90 mph at the time
My News LA wrote that the incident occurred on November 12 at about 6:04 p.m. The sedan then overturned due to the impact of the collision.
Rosa Martinez soon died at the scene of the pedestrian accident. Meanwhile, the suspect sustained serious injuries as a result of the wreck.
Paramedics rushed the motorist to a hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, the cause of the Perris pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
