Man, Woman Killed in Riverdale Solo Crash on Elkhorn Avenue
RIVERDALE, Calif. (Jan. 15, 2019) — A man and women died in a solo-vehicle collision at W. Elkhorn Avenue and South Howard Avenue in Riverdale, according to the Fresno County Sheriff Coroner.
The crash took place on Saturday, January 12th, just east of the VanderKool Dairy. Rosa Paredes, 27, and Rodrigo Campos, 28, both of Fresno, were identified as the two occupants of the vehicle that died in the collision. The couple leaves behind two young children. A Go Fund Me page was established to help the family.
Police are investigating the crash, but there were no further details.
Riverdale Accident Investigation
Police are reviewing all the evidence as they try to figure out what led to this collision. It’s unknown at this time whether or not a mechanical problem or a dangerous roadway condition were factors.
