Rosalind Kellum, 28, Killed in Antioch Crash

 Rosalind Kellum Fatal Antioch Pedestrian Accident Highway 4 (August 9)ANTIOCH, Calif. (August 10, 2021)  — Rosalind Kellum, 28, was struck and killed Monday night as she sat in a lane of Highway 4.

The fatal pedestrian accident happened about 10:55 p.m. on August 9th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The collision took place in westbound lanes of Highway 4, near Hillcrest Avenue, a CHP officer said.

Someone called 911 to report a pedestrian sitting in traffic lanes prior to the deadly collision.

Woman Killed in Antioch Pedestrian Accident

Shortly thereafter, they responded to the scene where a black Audi had struck and killed Rosalind Kellum.

Sadly, the pedestrian died at the scene. Rosalind Kellum had ties to Antioch and Concord area, according to the coroner.

Meanwhile, police officers issued a Sig-alert at 11:26 p.m. and closed down the roadway for roughly 90 minutes to conduct an investigation.
