1 Seriously Injured in Rosamond Car Crash on Highway 14 Monday
ROSAMOND, CA (April 5, 2021) – At least one was seriously injured after a car crash along Highway 14 in Rosamond.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident occurred on Monday morning. Officers reported the wreck shortly before 9:30 a.m.
CHP said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason on Highway 14 near Rosamond Boulevard. They added that another incident involving two more cars happened in the area.
2 Separate Collisions Near Rosamond Boulevard
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene. They found one person who suffered major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the wounded party to the hospital for treatment. Officials did not release the name of the patient and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officials forced both the northbound and southbound sides of Highway 14 to close following the wreck. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the Rosamond crash.
