Double Rosamond Crash on 14 Freeway
ROSAMOND, Calif. (April 1, 2021) — A Rosamond rollover crash involving two drivers happened Thursday on the 14 Freeway and Avenue A.
Two drivers were allegedly speeding on the 14 Freeway prior to a collision where both vehicles overturned. Three people were in the two vehicles at the time of the crash, but it’s unknown if they were seriously injured.
2-Vehicle Collision in Rosamond on April 1
The Rosamond rollover crash happened on State Route 14 about 7:01 a.m. on April 1, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Meanwhile, authorities say a black Ford F-150 pickup truck and a white 4-door sedan were involved.
Additionally, the Kern County Fire Department responded to put out a vehicle fire at the scene. Tow trucks removed both vehicles from the Rosamond crash site.
Investigators seek to determine fault for the Rosamond rollover crash. Witnesses may contact police.
