Rosario Alvarez Jr., 36, Killed in Car Crash on East Panama Road

April 1, 2019 – A fatal traffic collision occurred on East Panama Road near Comanche Drive, the Bakersfield.com reported.
The accident took place at approximately 4 p.m. Friday.
Officials said two vehicles collided, for reasons still under investigation, in the Kern County neighborhood and resulted in deadly injuries to one motorist.
