Pedestrian, Deputy Hospitalized After Collision on Valley Boulevard
Rosemead, CA (October 1, 2022) – Two people, including a deputy, suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on Valley Boulevard.
Patrol Car Hits Pedestrian in Rosemead
According to CBS News, a patrol car and another vehicle crashed into each other on Valley Boulevard in Rosemead. The force from the impact caused the patrol vehicle to veer off the roadway and plow into a building. Earlier reports indicated the patrol car struck a pedestrian walking or standing in the area.
Responding medical personnel rendered aid to all parties involved in the crash. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed the deputy and pedestrian both sustained injuries as a result of the wreck. The names of the people hurt remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the accident that happened on Valley Boulevard in Rosemead.
