Big Rig Truck, Cars Crash in Roseville on the I-80 Freeway
ROSEVILLE, Calif. (Sept. 16, 2022) — A Roseville crash on the Interstate 80 Freeway involving a big rig truck and cars happened Friday morning near the Taylor Road off ramp.
The multi-vehicle crash occurred in the eastbound lanes of the I-80 about 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 16th, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The CHP report stated the “traffic accident appeared to be head-on.”
A red semi-truck and trailer, a silver Chevrolet Cobalt and a silver Honda Accord are involved in the collision.
It’s unknown at this time what caused the collision between the motorists, but investigators are working on the case.
The Roseville Fire Department responded to help those injured in the collision.
There is no further information about the collision.
