Man Fatally Struck by Vehicle Near Kensington Drive
Roseville, CA (December 13, 2022) – A deadly pedestrian accident occurred on Sunrise Boulevard Tuesday morning, the FOX40 News reported.
Our sources indicated a Ford Fusion was traveling southbound on Sunrise at approximately 40 miles per hour. When the Fusion approached the area near Kensington Drive, a male pedestrian stepped into the traffic lanes. The driver of the Fusion attempted to avoid collision but ended up hitting the man.
Pedestrian Killed in Roseville Accident on Sunrise Boulevard
When medical personnel arrived at the crash site, they found a male party lying in the roadway. Responding paramedics immediately performed life-saving measures to the victim. Sadly, the pedestrian succumbed to his injuries and passed away. The California Highway Patrol group said the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
The driver of the Fusion appeared unharmed after the unfortunate event. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the deadly accident that happened on Sunrise Boulevard in Roseville.
