The initial investigation into this accident is underway. Police will go over evidence at the scene to piece together the sequence of events to determine fault. The report does not specify whether there were more than one vehicle involved.
However, regardless of who is deemed to be at fault, someone has lost their life and two others are hurt. The insurance companies will need to pay out fair compensation. An injured person should never have to limit their treatment because they don’t have the money to get properly cared for and the family of a loved one should not have to worry about how to pay for a funeral or support dependents.
That is why personal injury attorneys work on a contingency-fee basis so that you may hire them to fight to get you compensation to cover all your losses. If there is not settlement, you pay nothing.
