Vehicle Strikes, Kills Man on South Street
Long Beach, CA (September 3, 2022) – Rudy Diaz, a 51-year-old man, died following a pedestrian accident that happened on South Street.
My News LA published an article online reporting a fatal collision that took place in the 3300 block of South Street. Our sources indicated a vehicle struck a male party in Long Beach early Thursday morning.
Deadly Pedestrian Accident in Long Beach
Shortly after 12:40 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the crash site. First responders found a man lying on the ground. Medical personnel performed life-saving measures to the victim; but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and passed away at the scene.
Authorities identified the deceased as Rudy Diaz. The city of residence of the fatal victim remained unknown.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver involved in the unfortunate event.
Detectives handling the case continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the deadly accident that happened on South Street in Long Beach.
