Two Motorists Killed in Crash in Woodland Hills Area
WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. (August 31, 2022) – Rudy Hartono, 36, of Woodland Hills, is the second motorist to die Monday night after a head-on crash on Victory Boulevard near Mason Avenue in Woodland Hills.
The Woodland Hills man died at the hospital following the crash. He is one of two motorists who died in the collision about 11:30 p.m. on August 29th, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Armen Benglyan, 24, of Northridge, died at the crash scene. Both men were identified by the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
One of the motorists reportedly crossed from the eastbound lanes of Victory Boulevard into the path of the other motorist in the westbound lanes.
The Los Angeles Police Department is heading up the investigation. Witnesses may call authorities at 877-LAPD-247.
