Clearlake Man, 29, Suspect in Hit-and-Run Collision on Old Lawley Toll Road Sunday
Calistoga, CA (November 10, 2021) – Police arrested 29-year-old Ryan Matthew Dingess, of Clearlake, in relation with a DUI crash that occurred on Old Lawley Toll Road.
According to Napa Valley Register, Ryan Dingess was driving a 2020 Harley-Davidson with a female passenger. Due to the alleged intoxication of Ryan Dingess, he lost control of the motorbike and crashed on a rural road north of Calistoga. The accident took place at about 8:40 p.m.

Responding emergency crews found the 35-year-old female passenger left behind. Paramedics at the scene rendered aid to the victim. At this time, the name and condition of the woman remained unknown.
Meanwhile, investigators eventually identified the hit-and-run suspect as Ryan Dingess of Clearlake. Police discovered the location of the man, then arrested him on two felonies. Officers booked Ryan Dingess into the Napa County jail for causing injury by driving under the influence; and leaving the scene of an injury accident.
Further investigation on the case is underway.
