SACRAMENTO (June 2, 2016)- Justin Knorr, 25, of Sacramento, has been identified as the victim killed in a bicycle versus vehicle collision Wednesday evening on French Road, per the Sacramento Bee.
The collision occurred as Justin Knorr proceeded to make a turn onto French Road from private driveway before being struck by Zamesha Dominique, 28, of Sacramento.
The 25-year-old man was quickly rushed to the emergency room at Kaiser Permanente, where he later died of his injuries.
The article confirmed that Dominque was cooeprative with authorities and was indeed not under the influence of any substance.
At this time, liability remains unclear as California Highway Patrol officials investigate.
