SACRAMENTO, California (April 21, 2016) — A semi-tractor trailer truck collided with a gray Honda Civic Thursday morning on the southbound Interstate 5 Freeway, just south of Arena Boulevard, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The Sacramento Fire Department was sent to the scene at 8:55 a.m. to help those involved.
