There were very few details provided in the report about what happened. We do not know at this time who is at fault for this collision. This intersection has not stop signs or traffic lights for vehicles traveling on 65th Street, but there is a stop sign at 53rd Street for cars entering 65th Street. It’s unknown which way the vehicles were all traveling at this time.
Our prayers extend to all those hurt in the collision.
There are many steps that should be taken following a collision to ensure your legal rights are protected, but this can vary depending on the circumstances.
An injured person should seek out immediate and ongoing medical care until they are completely better. If someone has died, a wrongful death claim may be pursued by surviving family members against those responsible and or their insurance company.
