Major Injury Collision at 23rd Avenue and Mendocino Boulevard Friday
Sacramento, CA (October 1, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries as a result of the car accident in the area of 23rd Avenue and Mendocino Boulevard Friday afternoon.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a car veered off the roadway while traveling in the streets of Sacramento. Officials said the silver Honda Civic slammed into a pole at the intersection of 23rd Avenue and Mendocino Boulevard.
CHP logged the incident at about 5:05 p.m.

When emergency teams arrived at the location, they found one person with major wounds. Paramedics rendered aid to the victim, then transported them to a hospital for further treatment and evaluation.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the car accident at 23rd Avenue and Mendocino Boulevard.
