6 Injured in Sacramento Crash at 19th Avenue and 24th Street
SACRAMENTO, CA (April 3, 2022) – Several were injured after a car crash at 19th Avenue and 24th Street in Sacramento.
The Sacramento Fire Department first logged the accident on Sunday evening. Officers reported the wreck at about 6:03 p.m.
The incident happened when three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city of Sacramento. They crashed at the intersection of 19th Avenue and 24th Street.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found a total of six people hurt. They described the patients as four adults and two children.
Three victims sustained major injuries and the other three suffered minor injuries as a result of the collision. Medical personnel then took all six of them to trauma facilities for treatment.
The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of 19th Avenue and 24th Street to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Sacramento crash is still under investigation.
