At Least 1 Hurt in Collision on Near Stockton Boulevard Thursday
Sacramento, CA (September 30, 2021) – A car crash that occurred on U.S. Route Highway 50 resulted in injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
Earlier reports indicated a car crashed in the westbound side of Highway 50 near the Stockton Boulevard offramp. Officials described the vehicle involved in the collision as a gold Toyota 4Runner. At this time, it remained unclear whether another vehicles was involved in the incident.

Shortly after 2:40 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. First responders found the Toyota with damage consistent to having overturned, and eventually landed on its wheels.
Paramedics at the scene rendered aid to all the occupants in the Toyota. The CHP log confirmed at least one person suffered major injuries as a result of the wreck.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the car crash on Highway 50 in Sacramento.
