1 Injured in Sacramento Crash at Watt Avenue and Folsom Boulevard
SACRAMENTO, CA (December 29, 2020) – At least one was injured after a car crash at Watt Avenue and Folsom Boulevard in Sacramento.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident occurred last week on Tuesday. Officers reported the wreck on December 22 at around 10:54 p.m.
Their report log said a red sedan and a silver colored sedan collided head-on for an unknown reason. The two crashed at the intersection of Watt Avenue and Folsom Boulevard.
Head-On Collision Near Highway 50 in Sacramento
Fire department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene near Highway 50. They attended to one person who suffered minor injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then provided treatment at the site to the wounded party. CHP did not release the name of the patient and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced the road to shut down following the incident. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.
