SACRAMENTO (March 8, 2017)- According to the Sacramento Bee, Carlos Dominguez-Becerra, of Sacramento, has been identified as the victim killed in a hit-and-run Tuesday evening.
The incident took place at precisely 7:18 p.m. on Lemon Hill Avenue when a unknown vehicle struck Dominguez-Becerra as he crossed Lemon Hill from south to north and Wilkinson Street, per the Sacramento Bee.
The driver of the vehicle failed to stop and left the scene leaving the Sacramento men left unconscious in the middle of the road.
Paramedics were notified only to sadly pronounce Dominguez-Becerra deceased upon their arrival.
Sacramento PD will attempt to ask local businesses within the vicinity for surveillance footage to help get a lead on the suspect and the hit-and-run vehicle.
