SACRAMENTO (February 14, 2017)- According to the Sacramento Bee, a child riding a bike was involved in a deadly collision Tuesday morning versus a vehicle in the Foothill Farms neighborhood community.
The incident took place in the early in the AM at the intersection of Hillsdale Boulevard and Palm Avenue.
Limited information has been revealed at this time as the California Highway Patrol investigates the specifics behind what exactly transpired.
Police officials were tragically able to determine that the young boy did not survive his injuries and was pronounced at the scene.
It remains unclear whether or not the driver stayed at the scene.
The victim has not yet been identified at this time as updates will soon be released pending the investigation.
