1 Injured in Sacramento County Crash at Dewey Drive and Saint James Drive
SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA (June 1, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Dewey Drive and Saint James Drive in Sacramento County.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 5:19 p.m. near Carmichael and Fair Oaks.
According to CHP, a black Honda Civic and another vehicle collided in Sacramento County. They crashed at the intersection of Dewey Drive and Saint James Drive.

The incident log added that airbags deployed in one of the cars involved. Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene near the Del Campo High School.
They then found one person who sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. Medical personnel soon took the wounded party to the Mercy San Juan Medical Center for treatment.
Officials did not disclose the name of the patient and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the intersection of Dewey and Saint James to close following the crash.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the Sacramento County collision.
