1 Injured in Sacramento County Crash at San Juan and Fairway 2 Avenues
SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA (October 23, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at San Juan and Fairway 2 avenues in Sacramento County.
The California Highway Patrol received a call about the accident on Monday afternoon. According to their dispatch, officers reported the wreck shortly before 5 p.m.
The incident occurred on October 18 when a gray Mazda and another vehicle collided for an unknown reason in Sacramento County. The two crashed at the intersection of San Juan and Fairway 2 avenues.
2 Cars Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the North Ridge Country Club. They found the Mazda on its side and a damaged power pole nearby.
At least one person ended up hurt as a result of the collision. Medical personnel then took the patient to the Mercy San Juan Medical Center for treatment.
The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of San Juan and Fairway 2 avenues to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Sacramento County crash which happened near Fair Oaks and Carmichael is still under investigation.
