1 Killed, 2 Badly Injured in Sacramento County Pedestrian Crash Near Folsom and Bradshaw
SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA (April 16, 2021) – An accident near Folsom Boulevard and Bradshaw Road killed a pedestrian and badly injured another in Sacramento County.
According to an article published by the KCRA News, the tragic collision occurred on Friday night. Officers reported the crash at around 8:15 p.m.
The incident began when a vehicle struck a pedestrian near the intersection of Folsom Boulevard and Bradshaw Road in Sacramento County. Two more cars stopped to assist the victim.
The California Highway Patrol said all three vehicles then blocked the area. An oncoming car failed to stop in time and hit two good Samaritans helping the pedestrian at the time.

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that one good Samaritan died as a result of the collision.
The other good Samaritan and the pedestrian involved in the first accident sustained moderate injuries. The names of the deceased and wounded parties have not been yet released.
Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the drivers who collided with the victims stayed at the crash site. Officials forced the roadway to close for a time following the collision.
The cause of the fatal Sacramento County incident is still under investigation.
