Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Sacramento County Crash at Airbase and Watt
SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA (July 17, 2022) – A crash seriously injured a motorcyclist at Airbase Drive and Watt Avenue in Sacramento County.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident took place on Sunday night. Officers reported the wreck at about 9:11 p.m.
CHP said the rider of a Harley Davidson motorcycle and a car collided for an unknown reason in Sacramento County. The two crashed at the intersection of Airbase Drive and Watt Avenue.
Motorcycle and Car Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near North Highlands and McClellan Park. They found the motorcyclist who ended up suffering from major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment. The name of the wounded party and their condition at this time were not released.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Airbase and Watt to shut down after the wreck. The cause of the Sacramento County crash is still under investigation.
