Vehicle Strikes, Kills Pedestrian at Lemon Hill Avenue and 69th Street Thursday
Sacramento, CA (December 23, 2021) – A pedestrian died following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Lemon Hill Avenue and 69th Street Thursday.
The CBS Sacramento News reported a vehicle struck a male party near the busy intersection in South Sacramento. Officials said the horrible crash took place shortly before 7 p.m.
When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found the pedestrian with serious injuries and lying on the ground. Paramedics performed life-saving saving measures to the victim but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
The article published online mentioned the driver stayed at the site and cooperated with the investigation process. Detectives continue to work at this time to determine liability in the deadly pedestrian accident at Lemon Hill Avenue and 69th Street.
