Vehicle Strikes, Kills Pedestrian Near Interstate 80 Saturday
Sacramento, CA (November 20, 2021) – A pedestrian suffered fatal injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Madison Avenue and Airbase Drive.
According to FOX40 News, the pedestrian was crossing the Sacramento intersection with a shopping car. For an unknown reason, an oncoming vehicle did not see and failed to avoid the person.
The horrible crash took place near Interstate 80.

When rescue teams arrived at the location, they found the belongings of the victim scattered on the roadway. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim but they sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Several factors surrounding the unfortunate event remained unclear. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine exactly how and why the deadly pedestrian accident at Madison Avenue and Airbase Drive happened.
