Woman Dies at Hospital After Hit-and-Run Collision
Sacramento, CA (September 3, 2022) – A pedestrian suffered fatal injuries following a suspected hit-and-run crash on Broadway, the CBS and FOX40 News reported.
Authorities said a vehicle struck a female party in the 3700 block of Broadway Monday evening. According to the article published online, the catastrophic incident took place just after 8 p.m.
The Sacramento police officers responded to the crash site and found the pedestrian suffering in serious injuries. Paramedics rushed the victim to a hospital, where she later sadly succumbed to her injuries and passed away. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Our sources indicated the driver involved in the collision fled the scene. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
