2 Killed in Sacramento Crash at Rio Linda Boulevard and South Avenue
SACRAMENTO, CA (February 19, 2021) – A car crash killed two people at Rio Linda Boulevard and South Avenue in Sacramento.
According to an article published by the CBS Sacramento, the tragic accident occurred on Friday night. The wreck took place in the Del Paso Heights area.
Police said the incident happened when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed at the intersection of Rio Linda Boulevard and South Avenue.

Firefighters along with the paramedics then responded to the scene and confirmed that both drivers died as a result of the collision.
The names of the deceased motorists have not been yet released pending notification of next of kin. Meanwhile, police did not mention if any other party sustained injuries in the crash.
Officers forced Rio Linda Boulevard to shut down near South Avenue for a time following the wreck. The cause of the fatal collision is still under investigation.
