Male Bicyclist Seriously Hurt in Hit-and-Run
SACRAMENTO (September 19, 2018)- A bicyclist was severely injured following a hit-and-run bicycle collision this morning on Watt Avenue at Potter Lane, according to KCRA News.
At roughly 5:20 a.m., a male bicyclist was struck by an alleged minivan as he attempted to cross the intersection.
The victim landed on the minivan’s front hood and carried him for nearly a block before he finally fell off onto the road.
Paramedics rushed the unidentified bicyclist to a trauma center, where he remains in critical condition as of Wednesday afternoon.
KCRA News confirmed to suspect remains at-large at this time.
Both California Highway Patrol and Sacramento PD are teaming up for the investigation.

In this case, it is evident that involved motorist will be held responsible for causing the incident leaving the bicyclist injured.
