Injury Car Accident at Assembly Court and 55th Street Tuesday
Sacramento, CA (May 7, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car crash in the area of Assembly Court and 55th Street, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
On May 4, Tuesday, CHP logged an accident involving two vehicles. Officials said a blue Chrysler collided with a black Nissan Terra at the Sacramento intersection.
Emergency teams arrived at the crash site shortly after 6:50 a.m. Responding paramedics checked the conditions of all parties found at the scene. After the evaluation, officials confirmed one person sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The name of the victim, and the extent of their trauma have not been revealed thus far.

Preliminary investigation revealed a person involved in the crash fled the scene before police arrived. Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the identity and location of the hit-and-run suspect.
