Personal Injury Lawyer
Most traffic accidents which involve a motorist who flees the scene can be subjected to serious criminal charges, especially when a particular crash causes serious injuries to another person. Such circumstances are likely considered as “felony hit-and-run,” leaving the victim a legal right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit against the suspect.
In this case, the motorist took off and left the motorcyclist wounded in the roadway. Aside from that the suspect appeared to have intentionally hit the rider as they were seen chasing the motorcyclist prior to impact.
The motorcycle rider has likely a right to pursue a claim seeking a compensation for all the hospital bills, future medical needs, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
