Injury Car Accident on US-50 at Watt Avenue Wednesday
Sacramento, CA (October 29, 2021) – On October 27, Wednesday, a suspected hit-and-run crash occurred on US Route Highway 50.

The California Highway Patrol group reported a red sports car collided with another vehicle in the eastbound side of Highway 50 near Watt Avenue. The make and model of second automobile involved in the accident remained unknown. Apparently, the second motorist fled the scene before police arrived.
Shortly after 11:15 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the accident scene. First responders found at least one person with injuries. It remained unclear whether the victim received treatment at the scene or transported to the hospital. Pending confirmation, the name of the victim and the extent of their injuries remained undisclosed.
Investigators continue to work at this time to determine the precise circumstances that led to the car crash on Highway 50 in Sacramento.
