 Sacramento Hit-and-run Pedestrian Accident Florin Road, Greenhaven Drive (Oct. 7)Woman Critically Injured in Sacramento Hit-and-Run Crash

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Oct. 7, 2021) — A hit-and-run driver struck a pedestrian in a Sacramento collision on Florin Road at Greenhaven Drive.

A driver struck the woman about 12:25 p.m. on Oct. 7th just outside the Bank of America building, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A Bank of America employee called 911 and told the dispatcher the woman was found in the bushes near the bank.

The driver fled the scene in a vehicle with major front-end damage and a broken windshield.

Meanwhile, the Sacramento Fire Department responded to the scene to help the woman. They transported her by ambulance to Kaiser South where she is being treated for major injuries.

Police are searching for the suspect, but there is no description of the vehicle at this time.
