Pedestrian Hit and Injured by Vehicle on Whitney Avenue Tuesday
Sacramento, CA (October 21, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a suspected hit-and-run crash that occurred on Whitney Avenue on October 19, Tuesday.
Initial records indicated a vehicle struck a pedestrian in the 3525 block of Whitney Avenue in Sacramento. The make and model of the car involved in the collision remained unknown at this time.
The CHP logged the incident shortly after 9:52 p.m.. When emergency teams arrived at the crash site, they found the pedestrian with minor injuries. Paramedics rendered aid to the unidentified victim.

The CHP log mentioned the driver fled the scene before police arrived. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
