SACRAMENTO, California — According to a California Highway Patrol dispatch, several parties were hurt as a result of a multi-vehicle collision at Highway 99 and Mack Road onramp on December 3.

The CHP report said the accident occurred at about 5:34 p.m.

Officials identified the injured parties as Katie Lucas, and Jessica Lucas both taken to a hospital in Kaiser for treatment of unspecified injuries.

Also injured were Huynh Jordyn, and Pham Yen both admitted at UC Davis Medical Center.

As per the log, among the involved automobiles found at the crash site were a silver van, a blue Hyundai, a black pickup truck, a white van, and a black sedan.

Further investigation is ongoing to determine charges and liabilities.
