Liability for Car Accidents
The facts in this particular case state that two motorists were involved and at least one person suffered serious injuries when one of the vehicles overturned. Police will seek to find out if either driver violated any rules of the road by speeding, driving reckless, drunk driving or making illegal turns. Evidence gathered at the scene may help police piece together what happened as well as determine whether any mechanical failures contributed to the crash or injuries sustained. It’s always helpful if there are witnesses or multiple people who can be interviewed about what led to the crash. If you were hurt in a collision it’s advisable that you speak with an attorney to ensure your legal rights are protected.
