Woman Badly Hurt After Road Crash on State Route 99 Tuesday
Sacramento, CA (May 11, 2021) – At least one person suffered serious injuries following a motorcycle accident on State Route 99, also known as S Sacramento Freeway.
On Tuesday, at about 5:20 p.m., a motorcyclist crashed in the northbound side of SR-99 in Sacramento. Initial records indicated the rider collided with another vehicle of unknown make and model.

Responding emergency crews found at the scene the female motorcyclist lying down on the right-hand shoulder of the freeway; near the Broadway offramp. Paramedics rendered aid to the woman, and later confirmed she sustained major injuries as a result of the incident. The name of the patient, and their condition at this time have not been discussed thus far.
Detectives reportedly stayed at the accident scene the whole afternoon to investigate exactly how and why the motorcycle accident on State Route 99 in Sacramento happened.
