Motorcyclist Injured in Sacramento Hit-and-Run on Florin Road and East Parkway
SACRAMENTO (February 11, 2020) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after an alleged hit-and-run crash in the area of Florin Road and East Parkway last week Friday.
According to a California Highway Patrol dispatch, officers received a call about the accident on February 7 at around 6:17 p.m. near Highway 99.
The report log indicated that a vehicle struck the motorcycle rider for an unknown reason near the intersection of Florin Road and East Parkway.

Sacramento Fire Department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and found the motorcyclist left suffering from minor injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then transported the victim to Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Center for treatment. The name and condition of the patient were not available.
Meanwhile, CHP believed that the driver involved did not stop to render aid and fled the site. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the incident.
