Pedestrian Hit and Injured by Vehicle on Florin Road Thursday
Sacramento, CA (April 17, 2021) – A pedestrian suffered injuries following a traffic accident on Florin Road Thursday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, a vehicle struck an individual in the 6901 block of Florin Road in Sacramento.
The make and model of the car involved in the collision remained unknown at this time.
Minor Injury Pedestrian Accident in Sacramento, April 15
Shortly after 10:50 a.m., emergency crews arrived at the crash site and found the pedestrian with minor injuries. It remained unclear whether the injured party received treatment at the scene or at a hospital.
The CHP mentioned first responders located a bicycle at the scene. However, authorities continue to determine whether the victim was walking their bicycle or riding on it at the time of the incident.
No immediate information was available on the driver involved in the wreck.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue investigate the precise circumstances that led to the pedestrian accident on Florin Road.
