SALIDA, California (March 6, 2017) — Three separate collisions involving minor injuries were reported early Monday morning on the southbound State Route Highway 99, just north of the Broadway Avenue off ramp, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The collisions comprised of a two-vehicle minor injury crash, a three-vehicle minor injury crash and a solo crash involving property damage only.
The vehicles were blocking all lanes of the freeway. A Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck with major front-end damage was blocking two lanes. Other vehicles on the northbound side were also struck by debris on from the collisions.
Paramedics responded to the scene to help those who were hurt, but there were no further details about the crash.
