Multi-Vehicle Collision Near Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca
Salinas, CA (May 3, 2022) – A traffic crash that occurred on Highway 68 resulted in injuries, the KSBW News reported.
Officials said multiple vehicles collided in the area near Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca Tuesday afternoon. According to the article published online, the wreck involved as many as three cars. The make and model of the automobiles involved in the wreck have not been revealed thus far.
Injury Car Crash on Highway 68 in Salinas
Shortly after 3:10 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the site. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all possible victims in the accident. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed the collision resulted in moderate injuries. The names of the people hurt remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Police officers shut down both lanes of traffic for nearly an hour to give way to the investigation process. Detectives continue to work to determine the precise cause of the crash on Highway 68 in Salinas.
