Car Plows Into Home, Another Hits Tree
Salinas, CA (September 4, 2022) – Two people suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred in the area of West Alisal Street and College Drive.
The KSBW News reported two vehicles collided at the crossing in Salinas Sunday morning. Due to the force from the impact, one car veered off the roadway and plowed into a home on College Drive. Officials added the second car ended up slamming into a pine tree on Alisal Street.
Major Injury Collision at West Alisal Street and College Drive
Shortly after 7 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all parties involved in the wreck. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed the two drivers both sustained injuries in the collision. Paramedics transported the two patients to the hospital for further treatment and evaluation.
No other injuries were reported in the crash.
Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine the precise circumstances that led up to the accident at West Alisal Street and College Drive in Salinas.
