Major Injury Collision on Reservation Road in Salinas
SALINAS, Calif. (April 27, 2021) — A major injury Salinas crash happened late Tuesday morning on Reservation Road.
Police say the drivers of white van and a red GMC SUV collided near Garrison Drive about 11:50 a.m. on April 27th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
It’s unknown what led up to the two-vehicle Salinas crash, but authorities are conducting an investigation.
Additionally, a female passenger in the GMC became trapped in the wreckage with major injuries. Firefighters responded to extricate the person before paramedics transported them to a hospital.
Finally, the CHP is investigating the Salinas crash to determine fault.
