At Least 1 Killed in Collision at Harrison and Sala Road Monday
Salinas, CA (November 22, 2021) – A fatal car crash occurred Monday morning in the area of Harrison and Sala Road, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
Earlier reports indicated a vehicle slammed into a parked car at the Salinas intersection. The description of the automobiles involved in the catastrophic incident have not been discussed thus far.
Deadly Car Accident in Salinas, November 22
Shortly after 10:04 a.m., medical personnel arrived at the accident scene. First responders found at least one person with serious injuries. Despite life-saving measures, the victim sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Several factors surrounding the unfortunate event remained unclear. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine exactly how and why the car crash at Harrison and Sala Road in Salinas happened.
