Crash Involves Big Rig
SALINAS, California (July 19, 2016) – At least one person sustained injuries as a result of a road crash on North Highway 101 at Spence Road, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The accident occurred on July 19, Tuesday at around 12:30 a.m.
In detail, the CHP mentioned a big rig, and a white Lexus were involved in a wreck. The big rig was driving southbound while the Lexus was traveling northbound. Officers are still gathering more evidence that will lead them to what caused the two vehicles to collide.
Further, the CHP team logged the incident as a major injury crash. Responding officers continue to probe how many people have been located hurt at the scene.
Due to several factors remain unclear, investigation is ongoing.
