Salvador Diaz, 81, Killed in Reedley Pedestrian Accident Fisher and Manning

REEDLEY, Calif. (June 23, 2026) – Salvador Diaz, 81, of Reedley, was struck and killed in a pedestrian accident on June 16th in Reedley at North Fisher and Manning avenues, according to the Fresno County Coroner’s Office.

Police responded to the crash scene following the crash around 5 a.m. after the man was struck in the roadway near Fisher Avenue and Manning Avenue.

The man suffered major injuries and later died following the incident. The coroner’s office identified the victim on Monday as 81-year-old Salvador Diaz.

Finally, the driver of the Honda Civic was cooperative with detectives and the investigation.
